PropNex Marketplace FAQ

Edit the contact name from the CRM system before making payment for the gift. For example, you would like to send to Mr and Mrs John Tan. Change the name in the system from “John Tan” to “Mr and Mrs John Tan”.

All purchases made on CRM Marketplace are accompanied by an order confirmation which will serve as a form of receipt.

Please write in to pxmarketplace@propnex.com explaining why you would like a refund. Refunds are approved on a case-by-case basis.

Earn PropNex Coins with every purchase of gifts on Marketplace and/or the Property Wealth Report. The Coins may be used to offset the cost of gifts, Property Wealth Report subscriptions, as well as any Business Marketing purchases. The coins may not be used to offset the cost of PropNex’s corporate items such as jackets and t-shirts, and Kelvin Fong’s book.

Property Wealth Report FAQ

Our premium hardcopy report features 12 pages of expertly curated content, including My Property Insights, Quarterly Market Pulse, Spotlight on New Launches, PropNex Events & Milestones, and Exclusive Gifts from Our Partners. A surprise gift will also be attached & send quarterly with the report.

This section provides your clients with their personalised estimated valuations, recent sale and rental transactions, and nearby price comparisons. It also comes with latest bank interest rates for their refinancing. All these relevant information will make you their preferred agent to contact for their property & bank matters.

Yes! The report includes information on PropNex Events & Milestones, showcasing upcoming events like Property Wealth System and Consumer Seminars to grow their knowledge on property. Your clients may scan the QR code on the page to register. Thereafter, you will be notified via Business Suite.

There are no hardcopy samples available. However, anyone who is a paying subscriber may download a copy from their CRM database.

Yes. The system allows for multiple PWRs to be sent to the same mailing address. Each PWR is addressed to a unique recipient for the respective properties they own. However, each property is only limited to one PWR subscription.

This is typically due to data entry error when keying in your client’s details. The CRM Marketplace system is able to correctly identify and suggest relevant information with the right address input. However, if you require more clarification, please write to pxmarketplace@propnex.com

Please write in to pxmarketplace@propnex.com with supporting documents showing that your client no longer wishes to be a part of the mailing list. Depending on the outcome of your case, you may receive a refund in PropNex Coins.

If you resign from PropNex before completing your 1/2/3-year Property Wealth Report package, unsent reports to your clients will not be refunded

If your client did not receive the delivery, please get a written confirmation from your client and email to pxmarketplace@propnex.com. The cut-off date to make a replacement request for the current quarter’s Property Wealth Report is by end of the quarter (i.e. 30th Jun for Q2 PWR).

From now till 30th Jun 2025, you may utilise a one-time off $18 Angpow discount for your first Property Wealth Report subscription.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your subscription once subscription is confirmed. If your client has sold the property, you may change the PWR address to a new one
